    PERSONAL PROFILE

    Dr. HaiqianKeis a special funded postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Blue and Green Development, Shandong University.She holds a PhD in Regional Economics from Wuhan University; a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia; and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from RMIT University, Australia. Her main research interest is regional sustainable development, and her workhas been published in academic journals such asTechnology in Society,Environmental Technology & InnovationandEconomic Analysis and Policy,etc.She also serves as an anonymous reviewer for various economic management journals.Additionally,she haschaired the 2023 Shandong Provincial Natural Science Youth Fund project titled“Effect of Directed Technological Change on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Effect underCarbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”(ZR2023QG088) and the 2023 Shandong Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation project titled“Effect of Official Promotion Incentives on Economic and EnvironmentalDevelopment-Taking the Yellow River Basin as an Example”(SDCX-RS-2023-03009).
