PERSONAL PROFILE

Dr. Penghu Zhu is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Blue and Green Development at Shandong University. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Xiamen University, an M.S. in economics from Southwest University, and a B.S. in economics from Changchun University of Science and Technology, China. Dr. Zhu’s research centers on Environmental and Resource economics. His research has appeared in academic journals such asChina Economic Quarterly,Energy Economics,Energy Policy, andAnnals of Operations Research. Additionally, he has served as therefereefor various economics journals, includingHumanities and Social Sciences CommunicationsandEnergy Economics. Hisresearch on carbon inequality on the consumption side has received funding from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. Currently, his research interests include green consumptionbehavior and the green effects of digital transformation.
